  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist with coordination of meetings and communications.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to support routine program activities.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate per procedures.
  • Support invoicing workflows by confirming billing terms with finance partners.

Job Summary

Supports Mass General Brigham Virtual Care Programs by coordinating provider credentialing and licensure activities that enable the delivery of virtual clinical services across partner hospitals and multiple states. Responsible for providing administrative and program coordination support to assigned programs or initiatives, with a focus on provider credentialing, contracting, enrollment, invoicing, and other related operational workflows. Supports day-to-day operations, maintains regulatory and contractual documentation, and assists with coordination activities under general supervision.

Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Associate’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience
  • 3+ years of administrative or program support experience required

  • 1+ years of experience supporting provider credentialing, contracting, enrollment, invoicing and other related administrative workflows preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of credentialing, contracting, enrollment, and invoicing processes or ability to learn complex operational workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinates provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities, including application tracking, documentation collection, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Supports provider contracting workflows by tracking contract status, maintaining records, and coordinating required approvals.

  • Supports compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures by following defined workflows and escalation processes.

  • Provides administrative support for program operations, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.

  • Assists with coordination of meetings, communications, and follow-up activities.

  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to support routine program activities.

  • Follows established procedures and escalates issues as appropriate.

  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards.

  • Supports invoicing workflows by confirming billing‑related contract terms and coordinating required information with billing or finance partners.

Working Schedule:
