Job summary
Benchmark Human Services in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise and train staff, participate in ISP/PCP development with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality direct care and timely documentation. You will coordinate repairs, liaise with stakeholders, and support clients across home and community settings.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
- 7+ years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance to staff in line with state/federal regulations and Benchmark policies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team development of each client’s ISP and PCP.
- Provide direct care to clients as needed.
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly/yearly documentation.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of consumers’ homes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assist in hiring and management of direct care staff.
- Schedule and support clients’ medical appointments and procedures.
