Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Day Program Manager in Vineland, NJ to supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires coordinating trainings, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with families and professionals.

The position emphasizes adherence to state regulations, client-centered programming, and ongoing program improvement, with opportunities for advancement and certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide guidance to staff per regulations and policies.
• Participate in direct service for each client as needed.
• Complete documentation daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly as required.
• Communicate professionally with families, case managers, and health care personnel.
• Plan and implement client activities and curriculum updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety, medication, and behavior protocols.
