Job summary

Responsibilities include coordination of programs, budgeting, onboarding of students, and ensuring ADA‑compliant, accessible materials. Occasional evening/weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in events planning, fundraising processes, and website/social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning, analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the Criminal Law & Justice Center.
• Assist with event planning, budgeting, and logistics.
• Draft and schedule social media content; coordinate with communications.
• Manage website, newsletters, and outreach materials.
• Support onboarding, training and supervision of student staff.
