Qualifications

• Clinical judgment demonstrated in reviewing and providing feedback on case manager documentation and resident engagement.
• Experience with HUD supportive housing requirements and QA protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of programmatic and clinical operations to ensure funder compliance and best practices.
• Supervise Housing Case Managers and staff; ensure timely assessments and service plans.
