  • Track in-kind/cash donations.
  • Support fundraising efforts as directed by the Director.
  • Maintain files, records, and routine program support.
  • Provide administrative support to program staff.
  • Participate in agency safety and compliance efforts.
  • Model FSA’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Punctual and Regular Attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Summary of Position

The Program Coordinator position is responsible for assistance and coordination of program operations. Responsibilities include coordination and planning of events; attendance and outreach at community events; community coordination of program data including demographics; maintaining master calendar of events and coordination of trainings and presentations.

  • Coordination and planning of trainings, workshops, and community events.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of program campaigns and activities.
  • Attends community events and provide outreach support.
  • Assists with the development of program reports and other materials.
  • Provides purchasing support and maintains inventory of all supplies.
  • Assists with the tracking of all in‑kind/cash donations.
  • Assists Director in the solicitation of specific specialty fundraising efforts such as: Holiday giving; donor designated funds; etc.
  • Maintains files, records, data, and routine program support.
  • Provides general administrative support to program staff.
  • Participates in agency safety and compliance efforts.
  • Provides an exemplary model of FSA’s Mission, Vision and Values to management staff and team members.
  • Punctual and Regular Attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned and necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience providing administrative support.
