• Experience coordinating programs, events, or workforce development activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on- and off-site program logistics, including reserving meeting space, managing registrations, preparing materials, arranging campus visits, and supporting events.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, speakers, volunteers, applicants, participants, and program graduates.
• Support development, evaluation, and improvement of educational pathways and workforce programs using feedback and data.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with university policies; manage vendors and supplies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal units, academic partners, and community collaborators to support pathway initiatives.
