The Penn State College of Medicine Office of Health Advancement and Community Engagement is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support educational pathway and workforce development programs at Hershey, PA. You will coordinate operations, logistics, communications, participant engagement, and budget tracking, working with internal teams, partners, speakers, volunteers, and graduates.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating programs, events, educational initiatives, or workforce development efforts is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with academic, healthcare, community-based, or student-focused programs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Coordinate on- and off-site program logistics, including space reservations, registrations, materials, campus visits, event setup and close-out, and day-of-event contact.
Develop communication systems for participant engagement and progression; prepare emails, agendas, itineraries, materials, and presentations.
Support development, delivery, assessment, and improvement of educational pathways and workforce programs; use data and evaluation findings to assess impact.
