Job summary

Penn Health-Tech, the central hub for health technology innovation at the University of Pennsylvania, seeks a Program Coordinator to manage logistics for education programs and events across its portfolio. The role partners with the Associate Director of Education and Operations and Penn Health-Tech staff to ensure consistent delivery of initiatives at Penn, CHOP, and partner organizations.

The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, independent work style, and proactive coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of experience in program operations or equivalent.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills are essential.
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for Penn Health-Tech education programs and events, including scheduling and speaker coordination.
Oversee applicant communications, interview scheduling, and outcome notifications for proposals.
Develop SOPs and roadmaps to support scalable program execution across campus.
Serve as primary contact for programs and events, handling documentation and inquiries.
Manage financial transactions, purchasing, and office supplies for programs.
Collect and organize data for KPIs; support timely reporting to leadership.
Support recruitment processes for student and clinical fellows and student workers.
