Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking an Experienced Program Coordinator to support the Medical Care Programs team in managing programs, planning and implementing AI solutions, and coordinating stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes operations oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to drive savings and improve quality of care. The hybrid workplace requires in-office presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• Familiarity with health care data and the CA health care delivery system.
• Experience with member- or provider-facing programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and/or project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support program management in operations and oversight of multiple programs.
• Assist planning and implementation of AI solutions within programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and document requirements.
• Engage cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.
