You will handle office operations, scheduling, travel, budget tracking, and website maintenance, collaborating across offices to support academic programs and student success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with 3-5 years experience in academic/non-profit administration.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating seminars, events, or academic programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Program support and coordinates daily operations for the office and its seminars.
  • Triages the office inbox, event/travel planning, and supplies ordering.
  • Manages classroom scheduling and AV/IT support for seminar rooms.
  • Maintains and updates program websites and databases.
  • Monitors seminar budgets and supports committee and recruitment activities.
