Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for the Program Coordinator of the Institute for Financial Literacy and Wellness (IFLW). The Coordinator plans curricula, materials, and program tools for workshops and micro-credential programs serving 30,000+ students.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will mentor Graduate Assistants, coordinate daily schedules, and support grant reporting and collaboration across academic units to promote student success and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field and three years of professional experience in program coordination, student services, or instructional design.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of the required experience.
• Experience coordinating educational programs, workshops, or student services for 500+ participants annually.
• Experience collecting and analyzing program data (surveys, learning assessments) to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver university-wide financial literacy and wellness initiatives.
• Manage Institute daily schedule, mentor Graduate Assistants and student workers, and serve as a central point of contact for internal collaborations.
• Support grant research, compliance reporting, and resource stewardship to align with university goals.
