UNLV invites applications for the Program Coordinator of the Institute for Financial Literacy and Wellness to support planning, coordination, and delivery of university-wide initiatives serving 30,000+ students. The role coordinates curricula, materials, and tools for workshops and micro-credentials and mentors Graduate Assistants and student workers.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Coordinator will help integrate financial literacy and wellness into the student lifecycle, research

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field and 3 years of professional program coordination or student services experience.
• Master’s degree can substitute for up to 2 years of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver university-wide financial literacy and wellness initiatives.
• Organize curricula, materials, and program tools for workshops and micro-credential programs.
• Supervise Graduate Assistants and student workers; serve as a central point of contact for internal collaborations.
• Support grant research, compliance reporting, and resource stewardship.
