Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, monitor schedules, and ensure health and safety standards for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will coordinate with teams to implement service plans and medical protocols, and supervise counselors to maintain effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is required, experience in human services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day operations of the program and ensure optimum coverage.
• Develop and monitor program schedules and procedures for health, safety, and well-being.
• Coordinate activities, service plans, and support staff with medical and medication protocols.
• Provide goal-oriented supervision to counselors and facilitate staff meetings.
• Assist people to access and/or provide transportation as needed.
