Gracie Square Hospital, affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, seeks a Staffing Coordinator for full-time evenings. You will support nursing leadership and staff by creating and adjusting schedules, reviewing staffing needs, and producing reports to guide decisions.

Requires strong organization, detail-orientation, and ability to balance priorities. On-site in Manhattan, within commutable distance to NYP.

Staffing Coordinator - Nursing - Full Time Evenings

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting nursing leadership and frontline staff by coordinating schedules that balance operational needs with employee well-being. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure appropriate staffing coverage and contribute to high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will review and assess staffing requirements, develop staffing schedules, prepare reports, and analyze workforce data to support informed decision-making. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate schedule adjustments, monitor overtime and help maintain optimal staffing levels.

This is a full time evening shift position, Monday - Friday.

Preferred criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience working in an office setting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
