Job summary

RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator to manage information flow between internal systems and customer platforms, ensuring day-to-day requirements are prepared for stakeholders and long-term project documentation meets customer needs.

You will work across internal and customer systems, coordinate with Program Managers, and support in BOM/QM updates, MCO launches, and contract reviews. Travel between Lewiston and Winona facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Electronics background desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
• Previous experience working with MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Program Assistants and Customer Service Specialists.
• Assist in directing RiverSide Customer Team activity.
• Manage Part Change Notifications (PCN).
• Maintain BOM and QM updates.
• Manage zero demand inventory.
• Launch internal Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO).
• Conduct contract reviews on new POs and existing SOs.
• Assist in quoting, price part variance (PPV) and costing discussions.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
