YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, guidance, and leadership to members and participants within the program scope. The role oversees multiple programs at a single branch, supervises under nineteen staff, and handles various administrative duties to support leadership.

Schedule will vary, with some evenings and weekends required. Expect about 10 hours per week of admin work and 5–10 hours of coaching/teaching.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Previous supervisor experience including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the organization and implementation of program details.
• Assists in purchasing and reconciliation of program expenses.
• Assists with the recruitment and hiring of program staff and volunteers.
• Provides office support and performs other related duties as needed.
• Helps maintain participant data and oversee program registration.
• Follow and maintain standards, guidelines, objectives, and goals of the assigned YMCA.
• Manage staff schedules and reconciliation of time-cards for program staff.
• Maintain a professional manner and develop rapport with members, participants, parents, and community members.
• Address program concerns and ensure safety of participants and staff.
• Participate as a team player to uphold the YMCA image and mission statement.
• Other duties as assigned
