Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Program Coordinator to manage daily operations in a Lewistown-area Community Living Arrangement, ensuring a safe, person-centered environment and meaningful experiences for individuals served.

The role includes supervising Residential Specialists, coordinating schedules, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with regulations, with paid training provided and a supportive team focused on helping others thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in human services or related field.
• Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete required trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA) to provide a safe, person-centered environment.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and support Residential Specialists while ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate medical appointments, medication management, and health documentation with the Program Coordinator.
• Conduct safety inspections, regulatory compliance monitoring, and quality assurance audits.
• Assist with scheduling, on-call coverage, meetings, budgeting, and family/provider communications.
