Volunteers of America Greater New York (VOA-GNY) seeks a Program Coordinator for the CEEP program at the Schwartz Shelter to manage day-to-day services and coordinate curriculum development and outcomes tracking.

The role involves supervising activities, maintaining client files, and reporting on attendance and placement milestones while working to recruit internships and job placements for shelter clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 60 college credits and/or associate degree with relevant experience in social services.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of the CEEP program including coordinating events, graduations, activities, groups, trainings, and off-site services.
• Establish and maintain case files on CEEP clients; evaluate and report progress.
• Maintain attendance, participation, program completion, and three-month post-placement data.
