Job summary

Community Services Group seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee program services, supervise staff, and manage clinical and administrative activities. The role reports to the Program Director and requires coordinating with senior management to ensure service excellence.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with some on-call responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree and significant supervisory/mental health experience are required, with strong leadership and program development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years directly with individuals who have mental illness and/or intellectual disability OR Minimum 5 years as a supervisor and 5 years experience working with individuals with mental illness or intellectual disability.

Responsibilities

• Assists program director with general program management.
• Oversees daily activities of the given program to maximize resource utilization and service excellence.
• Monitors program and employee compliance to CSG policies and procedures.
• Responsible for supervision and employment decisions during the life cycle of team members.
• Leads staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Coordinates clinical, medical, and programmatic issues with other professionals.
• Reviews client admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Communicates with senior management to ensure smooth operation.
• Reviews department and individual performance goals with the program director.
• Train staff and support ongoing professional development.
• Develop office systems and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
