Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and oversee multiple programs and projects within a mission-driven organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will coordinate team meetings, create service plans for consumers and guardians, and supervise staff to ensure quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes schedule management, service-plan development, regulatory compliance, and fostering positive team dynamics to achieve agency objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration, or Social Services.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
• A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities; one year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team meetings with staff and creates personal and service plans for each consumer and guardian.
• Schedules and chairs screening for program vacancies and develops waiting lists for potential consumer vacancies.
• Develops and implements service plans within 30 days of moving in, annually, when changes occur, and when moving out.
• Monitors/implements/supervises delivery of service plans and training of staff.
• Ensures all written training programs are implemented and revised as needed.
• Demonstrates knowledge of contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees compliance with Health and Safety programs and regulatory requirements.

Education
