Job summary

Central Clinic Behavioral Health seeks a Program Coordinator to guide culturally responsive programs for African American men in Cincinnati. You will collaborate with clinicians, peer mentors, and community leaders to promote healing and resilience within a supportive, stigma-free environment.

The role emphasizes equity, community engagement, and program operations, with a focus on trauma-informed care and systemic impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling is preferred.
• Active Ohio licensure in social work, clinical counseling, or chemical dependency.
• 2–3 years of case management and/or community-based experience.
• Compassionate, adaptable professionals who thrive in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide and grow initiatives that support the mental health and wellness of African American men.
• Design, coordinate, and implement culturally responsive programming addressing race, identity, trauma, and mental illness.
• Manage daily program operations, track outcomes, and ensure participants feel seen, heard, and valued.
