The Lung Transplant Foundation (LTF) is dedicated to improving the lives of lung transplant recipients by focusing on education, mentorship, outcomes, advocacy, and partnerships.
Position Overview:
LTF is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to support the foundation’s initiatives, including patient educational programs and events, advocacy efforts, and administrative operations. This individual will work closely with leadership, volunteers, and external partners to advance LTF’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data entry, monthly reports, meeting notes and support
• Assist with execution of surveys and follow up support the planning and execution of remote organization sponsored events
• Support event and program committees
• Assist with meeting scheduling and notices to stakeholders
• Assist with correspondence to financial donors, committee members and Board of Directors
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and stakeholders
• Assist with grant applications and sponsorship outreach
• Support our educational programming including a monthly live webinar, online resources, hospital bag program, newsletter, etc.
Qualifications:
• Passion for LTF’s mission and commitment to supporting the lung transplant community
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with event coordination, patient support programs, or nonprofit operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
