About the Role:

Quad-A, a national 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization, is seeking a mission-driven, proactive, and highly organized Program Manager to support key operational and programmatic functions. This part-time role is central to advancing Quad-A’s mission through coordination across membership, sponsorship, internal initiatives, and event-related support.

The ideal candidate brings prior nonprofit experience and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects across departments
  • Maintain clear timelines, deliverables, and documentation for initiatives related to membership, sponsorship, and partnerships
  • Ensure alignment across teams and drive progress on key organizational priorities

Event Support & Liaison

  • Serve as an internal liaison to the event planning team
  • Support execution of events by assisting with speaker coordination and session preparation
  • Represent Quad-A during events and ensure staff-level responsibilities are handled smoothly

Membership & Sponsorship Engagement

  • Assist with membership communication, renewals, and data management
  • Coordinate sponsorship deliverables and engagement efforts
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members and sponsors

Operations & Administration

  • Provide light financial and administrative support (e.g., invoices, reimbursements, vendor coordination)
  • Support internal process improvements and documentation
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience in a nonprofit setting, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination, program oversight, and operational support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management tools (e.g., Asana or Trello)
  • Familiarity with member-based associations or 501(c)(6) organizations is a plus
