Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a temporary, entry-level Program Coordinator to support the New Mexico Simon Scholars Program. This role offers vital experience in program delivery and student support, aimed at helping students achieve their college degrees.

The Program Coordinator is a temporary, entry level position that provides logistical, programmatic, and student support for the New Mexico Simon Scholars Program team. The ideal candidate is an early career professional comfortable working with youth in a mentoring and instructional capacity. This position is intended to provide the employee with up to 3 years of basic professional development and specific experience in program delivery, event production, and constituent support.
