Hope Services in Salinas, CA seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead staffing, training, and service delivery for disability rehabilitation programs. You will supervise direct service, substitute, and volunteer staff while fostering community partnerships.
The role covers daily operations, billing oversight, reporting, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ related experience required; strong MS Office skills preferred.
Salary Range: $5,859.00 - $6,414.75 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications
Provides resources, support, and training to staff and clients to facilitate agency, program, and consumer goals. Supervision, hiring, and training staff, budgeting and contract fulfillment, and assignments to perform or discharge special projects in areas of responsibility. Ensures maintenance of equipment, ordering of supplies, inventory, and quality of service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus three years of related experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment.

Constant movement around service area, and travel into the community. Time spent sitting, using a computer station, periods of intense concentration, using the telephone, and paperwork. Time spent in meetings, travel to various work site locations across three counties. Exposure to outdoor weather and environmental conditions.
