Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry specialist to support racing operations. The role involves entering entries into RTO, generating overnight and PDF proofs, and ensuring accurate program proofs for Equibase submissions.

The ideal candidate will review owners and silks, handle copies for racing officials, and assist with documentation in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Up to 1 year experience with RTO incompass.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of entries into RTO and create an overnight, then create a PDF program to be entered into Equibase.
• Submit proper sequence number from entries to create an overnight.
• Create program proof.
• Once approved, program proof entered into Equibase.
• Proofing program consisting of inspecting owners and silks are correct.
• Making copies of overnights and program proofs for various Racing Officials and Stewards.
