Base Pay Range

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Analyst to drive program operations and ensure seamless collaboration across Procurement, System Integration, and Customer Support. This pivotal role supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company’s capital projects portfolio.
  • Support capital budgeting and monitor federal and state permit fees.
Project Coordination
  • Develop cost estimates and allocate resources effectively.
  • Assign tasks to land agents and coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO).
Land Rights Expertise
  • Apply foundational knowledge of land rights to guide project execution.
Workflow Management
  • Serve as the central liaison between Land Agents (property-related tasks) and the PMO (project execution).
  • Determine task ownership and ensure smooth workflow for each project.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, business systems, or database design and management.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree required.
