Job summary

The New Mexico State University Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Alumni Relations & Annual Giving Team and contribute to the coordination and execution of Advancement-related programs, services, and activities.

This role provides day‑to‑day administrative and program support, helping ensure that programs and services operate effectively and that staff have the coordination and resources needed to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to perform standard tasks using established methods, principles, concepts and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and/or assist with the execution of programs, services, or support activities.
  • Monitor programs and services and assist with plans, budgets, and other activities to ensure they operate within established specifications.
  • Prepare itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements for assigned staff.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and other activities for assigned staff.
  • Create, maintain, and work with lists of alumni, prospects, and other constituents.
  • Respond to and help resolve inquiries and problems in a timely and service‑oriented manner.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to perform standard tasks using established methods, principles, concepts and procedures.
