The Community Supports Network, Inc. (CSN) is a strengths-based organization dedicated to helping people with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs reach their goals to live, work, and contribute to their community.

We seek a Program Coordinator who can lead, coach, and ensure high-quality services aligned with CSN’s mission. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience and supervisory exposure; LMHP/QMRP credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Pass all background checks.
• 1+ years experience in intellectual disability services.
• 1+ years supervisor experience.
• QMRP, LMHP, and experience developing behavior building programs highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators.
• Develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.

The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN’s mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.
