We seek a Program Coordinator who can lead, coach, and ensure high-quality services aligned with CSN’s mission. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a related field, plus 1+ years of relevant experience and supervisory exposure; LMHP/QMRP credentials are valued.

They accept accountability and responsibility for themselves and their team. They build positive, engaging relationships with and among their team members.
The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN’s mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.
