Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) in the Bay Area seeks an Adult Day Program Coordinator to manage daily operations, supervise instructors, and implement Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) within ISP planning and interdisciplinary teams.
You will lead safety drills, coordinate trainings, foster community partnerships, and communicate with parents and regional centers while upholding program standards and quality of service.
Friends of Children with Special Needs (FCSN) is a Bay Area non-profit organization founded in 1996 and focused on helping individuals with special needs and their families find love, hope, respect, and support through integrated community involvement. Under the supervision of Program Manager, the Adult Day Program Coordinator manages and evaluates the daily operations; supervises Program Instructors; enhances quality of service delivery and Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) implementations; conducts ISP meetings; builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders; acts as the designated emergency leader when supervisor is not available; establishes collaborations with community partners.
