Job summary

Barrett Hospital in Dillon, MT seeks a compassionate Clinic Nurse/Program Nurse to join the Senior Life Solutions Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The role supports care for older adults (65+) in a structured, Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with no call and no weekends.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver nursing care and engage the local community through education and outreach, while contributing to program quality improvement.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN licensed in Montana.
• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Passion for working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the behavioral health program.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA.
• Develop and deliver educational presentations and community outreach to promote mental health resources.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC) seeks to hire a compassionate RNto join our tenured Intensive Outpatient Program (Senior Life Solutions). We partner with Barrett Hospital and Healthcare, serving older adults in the Dillon, MT community since 2023.

• Role: Clinic Nurse / Program Nurse
• Location: Dillon, Montana
• Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+
• Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)

Requirements

As a Program Clinic Nurse, you will focus on the 3Cs; Care, Community, and Compliance.

Care: Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.

Community: Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.

Compliance: Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Montana, OR
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Montana.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing - required.
• Psychiatric Nursing experience – preferred.
• Passion for working with Older Adults - preferred.
