Job summary

Senior Life Solutions, a division of Psychiatric Medical Care, seeks a compassionate LPN to join our Intensive Outpatient Program in Dillon, Montana.

As a full-time Clinic Nurse, you will work with a small interdisciplinary team to deliver nursing care to adults 65+ with behavioral health needs, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no call and no weekends.

You’ll engage the community, participate in program development, and support quality improvement while enjoying benefits and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice - required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing - required.
• Associates of above - required.
• Psychiatric Nursing experience – preferred.
• Passion for working with Older Adults - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care: provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the behavioral health program.
• Community: develop and deliver educational presentations and workshops in the community.
• Compliance: contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives; participate in team meetings.

We're hiring a compassionate LPN to join our tenured Intensive Outpatient Program (Senior Life Solutions), serving older adults in the Dillon, MT community since 2023.

• Role: Clinic Nurse / Program Nurse
• Location: Dillon, Montana
• Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+
• Hourly: up to $35/ hourly depending on experience
• Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)

Opportunity Details:

As a Program Clinic Nurse, you will focus on the 3Cs; Care, Community, and Compliance.

Care: Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.

Community: Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.

Compliance: Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.
