Job summary

Senior Life Solutions in Dillon, MT is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving older adults in the Dillon community. This full-time Clinic Nurse role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no on-call and no weekends.

You will join a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults, focusing on comprehensive nursing care, patient education, and community outreach within the IOP.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice - required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing - required.
• Associate degree in Nursing - required.
• Psychiatric nursing experience – preferred.
• Passion for working with Older Adults - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the behavioral health program as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and deliver educational presentations and community outreach on mental health resources.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement through team meetings and feedback.

• Role: Clinic Nurse / Program Nurse
• Location: Dillon, Montana
• Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+
• Hourly: up to $35/ hourly depending on experience
• Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)

Opportunity Details:

As a Program Clinic Nurse, you will focus on the 3Cs; Care, Community, and Compliance.

Care: Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician, a social worker, and a CNA, to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients enrolled in the behavioral health program.

Community: Engage your local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars in the community to promote understanding and awareness of mental health issues and inform of the resources PMC can provide.

Compliance: Contribute to the enhancement of the behavioral health program by providing insights and feedback on patient care processes, program development, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and community outreach efforts.

Requirements
