Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking a LivWell Program Manager to join our team!

Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Skillman, NJ. We are seeking a Full-Time LivWell Program Manager to join our team. At Springpoint, our LivWell Program Manager's primary purpose is to carry out Springpoint Senior Living’s LivWell philosophy by establishing and maintaining an extensive events calendar that incorporates the 7 dimensions of wellness physical, social, intellectual, vocational, emotional, environmental and spiritual wellbeing to about 100 residents!

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the preferences and experience of the resident population through the use of Lifestyle Questionnaires, engagement surveys, focus groups and or other LivWell Program Data.
  • Plan and adapt activity programs for a resident population that functions at different levels of physical and mental ability. Design and conduct a schedule of programs and events across the continuum that incorporate the 7 dimensions of the LivWell program and that includes resident input into the design of the program. Resident input is derived from LivWell Assessment Data, resident and executive committees' suggestions, individual resident suggestions and LivWell/care team member ideas.
  • Meet regularly and attend quarterly LivWell Team meetings with the LivWell Community Wellness Program Director to plan, coordinate and deliver LivWell Signature Programs, Organization-wide special events & share Community best practices.
  • Assist with the coordination in the development of programs and special events with organizations outside of the senior living community to promote social accountability and connectivity with the greater community.
  • Attend and support resident-run committees and groups that are engaged in development of LivWell programming.
  • Lead, assist/co-lead various LivWell programs demonstrating leadership and acting as a role model for the LivWell brand
  • In conjunction with the Director of Resident Services, develop the LivWell programmatic operating budget.

Education and Experience:

  • Current Certification in the area of Wellness Program Management, Health Education, Lifestyle Coach or Recreation from a nationally recognized accrediting organization. i.e. ICAA, NCTRC, CHES, ACSM. or the ability to acquire within 6 months of hire.
  • Bachelors Degree or combination of education and experience in Health Sciences, Gerontology, Recreation or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in recreational/community programming preferred experience in an active older adult setting.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.

Salary Range: $49,000.00 - $53,000.00 / year
