About the position:
The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in the operations and relationship management of programs for our international medical students and graduates as well as our US school partners. This position will act as a liaison with physicians and their administrators to ensure program quality, document collection, and vetting of eligibility requirements. They are responsible for all essential administrative functions, including program creation and maintenance, to ensure all program information is correct and updated on AMO’s platform. This position will also ensure compliance with clinics, hospitals, and/or medical facilities, including supporting the screening of immunization requirements, student documents, and other program documents to ensure all standards are met.
While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates residing in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or Alabama only.
