Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the Delaware County Program and Program Director.

The role emphasizes contract compliance, service delivery, and intake/referral processes to support participants and families. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development, experience with at-risk youth, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience with at-risk youth and families in a community setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; EHR knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Delaware County Program and Program Director.
  • Ensure effective delivery of services and contract compliance.
  • Support participant intake, referrals, and case management.
  • Maintain program quality and compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Assist families and participants as a key program resource.

Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $28.00
Summary of the Position: The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Delaware County Program and Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of program operations, including contract compliance, service delivery, participant intake and referrals, and case management services. The Program Coordinator serves as a key resource for maintaining program quality, supporting participants and families, and ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.

Availability

Flexible Schedule; may include evenings and weekends

Work Hours

Work up to 25 hours a week

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development preferred.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting
  • Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
