Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of program or project coordination experience in finance or transformation.
• Experience supporting process automation or transformation initiatives; coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Exposure to journal entry, account reconciliation, audit readiness, or managerial reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across CORE's process automation and reporting workstreams, partnering with the technical lead.
• Own timeline tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting up to CORE leadership and executives.
• Maintain a running log of risks, open items, and decisions across workstreams with visible ownership.
• Consolidate and prepare testing evidence, documentation, and change-management artifacts for go-live milestones.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding materials to support continuity across the program.
• Own recurring meeting cadence across CORE workstreams, including agendas and action item tracking.
