Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Program Controls Specialist I for oversight of scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting on projects at Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. External hires start onsite for 90 days before transitioning to a hybrid 3/2 schedule; internal hires follow a 3/2 hybrid pattern.

You will report to the Sr Program Controls Manager and serve as a technical leader for program cost, schedule and performance, driving milestones and delivering metrics in a fast-paced Propulsion

Qualifications

• Experience operating Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Job description

As a Program Controls Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a role in managing and directing the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.

You will report directly to our Sr Program Controls Manager, and you'll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. External hires begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a hybrid 3/2 schedule. Internal hires will work a 3/2 hybrid schedule.

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Propulsion. You will be the technical leader and be a decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues. You will prioritize your work, design goals and objectives, and drive program performance. The role will support a fast-paced programs within Propulsion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to read, write and speak English
