Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Program Analyst to join a dynamic Integrated program team. You will develop program plans, create cost and schedule baselines, and publish key metrics and reports to drive performance across multiple sites.

You will analyze variances, review compliance to corporate guidelines, and support decisions to improve program effectiveness. Hybrid work at Clearwater campus with collaboration across an experienced team.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
Knowledge of Earned Value Metrics and estimate-at-completion growth.

Responsibilities

Prepare and publish metrics and reports.
Analyze program performance.
Identify root cause of variances.
Improve processes within the program.
Analyze cost and schedule integration.
Track budget and program financial data.
Maintain schedule and track milestones.
Develop and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge to the program.

Qualifications

Experience in usage of Earned Value Metrics, Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.
