Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a program analyst to join a global team responsible for program plans, cost and schedule baselines, and metrics publication. You will analyze variances, track budgets, and support multiple site locations with data-driven insights.

The role requires working in a matrix organization with strong communication skills and experience in Earned Value Management and financial data analysis. Export control requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

  • Requires 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, or Economics or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Earned Value Metrics and cost/schedule integration is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data and prepare metrics and reports.
  • Analyze program performance and identify root causes.
  • Improve processes and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Analyze cost and schedule integration and track budget data.
  • Maintain schedule and milestones across teams.
  • Develop Earned Value Management knowledge and apply to the program.
  • Support the Integrated program team with planning and baselines.

Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will assist the Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines. You will prepare and publish metrics and reports. You will analyze variances and review compliance to corporate guidelines across multiple teams. Your findings will drive decisions to improve the program performance impacting one or more site locations.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

  • User experience of SAP system.

  • Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
  • Experience in usage of Earned Value Metrics, Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.
