AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chief Project Controls Manager to join our Atlanta, GA team. Remote work is acceptable for this position, with a focus on leading cost control, scheduling, and EVMS across major programs.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in program controls, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership across a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Accredited associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in program management, cost control, or project controls.
• Strong cost management, scheduling, budgeting and estimating skills, with external interface abilities.
• Clear analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities; strong communication/presentation skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, ERP, Primavera or MS Projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project controls implementations per company standards.
• Assist leaders in strategic and operational duties.
• Monitor project and implementation performance.
• Enhance coordination and communication among the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and compliance with internal/external requirements.
• Manage a team of project controls professionals.
• Set benchmarks for team success and prioritize tasks under pressure.
