Job summary

NAVFAC at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard seeks a Program Control Specialist (GS-1101-13) to integrate SIOP initiatives with shipyard stakeholders. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and equipment lists with the Shipyard Commander, NAVSEA, PEO II, CNIC, and fleets.

The role involves modeling and simulation support, development of risk mitigation plans, and presenting high-level industrial data for briefings. Strong collaboration across operations, facilities, and business offices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Shipyard Commander, fleets, NAVSEA, PEO II, NAVFAC and CNIC to integrate SIOP initiatives.
• Collaborate with shipyard operations, facilities department, business office, and others to align schedules and SIOP initiatives.
• Collaborate with fleets to integrate and align availability schedules.
• Facilitate and support Modeling and Simulation (Mod/Sim) efforts, including Area Development Plans and other industrial facility projects and studies.
• Develop and track risk mitigation plans and lessons learned.
• Prepare and analyze industrial data to support high-level briefings and presentations.
• Integrate SIOP initiatives and industrial requirements into shipyard equipment lists, schedules, and budgets.

• You will integrate products and services related to SIOP with all major stakeholders such as the Shipyard Commander, the Fleets, NAVSEA, PEOII, NAVFAC and CNIC.
