Pearl Harbor Naval Base in Hawaii seeks a Supervisory Program Analyst to lead the Business & Intelligence & Data Analytics Support Branch. You will guide data-driven initiatives supporting operations and strategic planning, while ensuring timely delivery of datasets and insights to leadership.

As the branch supervisor, you will assign and review work, develop personnel, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve decision-making through dashboards, metrics, and analyses that span multiple data

Formación

• Experience supervising BI/data analytics teams and operations.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
• Foundation in predictive analytics and basic machine learning concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision of business intelligence and data analytics operations to produce data sets required to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives.
• Lead BI and data analytics strategies to analyze and interpret data, transforming it into meaningful information for leadership decision-making.
• Supervise branch employees by planning, assigning, reviewing work; evaluating performance; resolving issues; and developing personnel.
• Lead data collection, integration, validation, and processing from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive analytics, data modeling, machine learning, and simulation methods to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, reports, and performance metrics that communicate key trends and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze workload, resources, capacity, schedules, funding, overtime, and material data to support waterfront execution and long-range planning.

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business & Intelligence & Data Analytics Support Branch (C1244) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

• You will provide daily supervision of business intelligence and data analytics operations to produce data sets required to inform and develop insights and strategies for operational and business initiatives
• You will provide business intelligence strategies and techniques to analyze and interpret data, and further transform it into meaningful information that can help the Shipyard and its leadership make informed data-driven business decisions.
• You will supervise Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support Branch employees by planning, assigning, and reviewing work; evaluating performance; resolving issues; and developing personnel to meet mission requirements.
• You will lead business intelligence and data analytics operations to collect, integrate, validate, and process data from multiple sources in support of operational, business, and strategic decision-making.
• You will apply statistical analysis, predictive analytics, data modeling, machine learning, and simulation methods to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and assess risks and opportunities.
• You will develop dashboards, visualizations, reports, and performance metrics that communicate key trends, operational conditions, and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• You will analyze workload, resources, capacity, schedules, funding, overtime, and material data to support waterfront execution, budgetary control, long-range planning, and organizational performance assessments.
