About The Role

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide consulting services to help achieve the company's strategic objectives. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, overseeing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Work directly with clients to define project scope, resources, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
• Ensure project documentation governance and data integrity.
• Lead project teams, create action plans, and track progress.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Apply standard principles and innovative solutions to complex assignments.
• Coach team members and share knowledge.
• Model CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Communicate effectively, including sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu, combination of experience and education considered. LEED AP, PMP, CCM preferred.
• Ability to analyze multiple sources of information and exercise judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and financial acumen.
• Experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, focusing on retail projects, is required.
