About The Role

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide consulting services to help achieve strategic business objectives for a designated market or client account. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion within the Project Management function.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  2. Work directly with clients to prepare project scopes, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, quality control, and risk management.
  3. Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
  4. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards.
  5. Ensure data integrity and accurate, timely documentation.
  6. Guide the project delivery team to meet goals.
  7. Create and track action plans, budgets, and schedules, reporting on progress and variances.
  8. Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  9. Apply standard principles and innovative solutions to complex assignments.
  10. Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
  11. Lead by example, fostering consensus and alignment with CBRE values.
  12. Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within and beyond the team.
  13. Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  14. Communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively.
Minimum Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or real estate development, focusing on retail construction projects.
  • Experience in retail space design and construction requirements.
