About The Role

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide consulting services to a designated market or client account, supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion within the Project Management function.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of real estate project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, quality control, and risk management.
  • Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated project data and documentation.
  • Guide and direct the project delivery team to meet objectives.
  • Create and track action plans to ensure project goals, budgets, and schedules are met, reporting on progress and variances.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Apply expert knowledge and provide innovative solutions for complex assignments.
  • Mentor others and share knowledge across disciplines.
  • Lead by example, fostering consensus and alignment with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within the team and beyond.
  • Operate within broad guidelines and policies, explaining sensitive information as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or real estate development, focusing on retail construction projects.
  • Experience in retail space design and construction requirements.
