Job summary

Parsons in South Florida is hiring a Program Construction Manager to lead a construction management and inspection team for water and wastewater projects.

You will represent the client with regulators, coordinate with subcontractors, develop QA/QC and safety plans, manage change orders, and drive on-site safety and quality. This role requires a civil engineering degree and 10+ years’ experience on major capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a construction related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience on related projects.
• Experience overseeing major capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a construction management and inspection team for water/wastewater projects in South Florida.
• Represent the client with regulatory agencies and during public meetings.
• Develop and enforce Construction Management, Health & Safety, and QA/QC plans.
• Supervise inspectors and subconsultants; coordinate subcontracts and change orders.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and changes to the scope of work; report changes to client and management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly construction reports and safety assessments.
