We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished Program Construction Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. This is a milestone project that is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history. Qualifications

• Minimum 15‑20 years of experience in Program Controls and Construction Management for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in managing controls for multi‑billion dollar programs.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including coordination with transit agencies (such as Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, PANYNJ) and local/state/federal authorities.
• In‑depth knowledge of FTA and FRA guidelines, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• PMP certification required; additional relevant certifications (e.g., PMI‑SP, EVP) highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies for complex, multi‑year projects.
• Experience in alternative delivery models including design‑build, public‑private partnership (P3), and other collaborative contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate with multiple prime contractors and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate complex political landscapes.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and their integration into large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of the northeast corridor's rail system and its strategic importance to the region's transportation network.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $200,000 - $275,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
