Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Practice Director to lead and grow our child and family services programs. You will oversee program performance, sustainability, and growth while driving business development to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.

As Practice Director, you will ensure outcomes and financial/operational goals are achieved, while pursuing continuous improvement and increased efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university is required.
• Experience creating, improving, and sustaining programs.
• Background in child welfare or community mental health is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth, Medicaid, and insurance billing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring effective operations and growth.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators and implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and service expansion.
• Build partnerships and resources to support program growth and increase organizational impact.
• Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.
